Is this real merch?

Yes it is

Can I order anything?

Yes, so long as it is in stock. There is also a limit of 1 product per customer. Multiple orders will not be fulfilled.

Why is everything free?

Because our customers have been asking for more Legora merch. And we love our customers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders ship within 10-14 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to certain regions may take substantially longer. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Will my order be subject to customs fees or import duties?

Orders shipped to certain countries may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or additional documentation requirements. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Terms and Conditions for “Objects by Legora”

1. About Us
"Objects by Legora" is a complimentary gifting store operated by Legora AB, a company incorporated in Sweden under registration number [5593386872] and VAT number [SE559338687201] (registered address: Mäster Samuelsgatan 60, 111 21 Stockholm) ("we", "us","our"). You can contact us at contact@legora.com.


2. Scope and Eligibility
This is a complimentary gifting store. All items, including shipping, are provided free of charge and no payment is ever required. The store is open to private individuals aged 18 or over. It is not intended for business, commercial, resale or promotional use. Each customer may place one order only (see Clause 3). We may refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these eligibility
criteria or the destination restrictions in Clause 5. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the store; a binding agreement is only formed in accordance with Clause 4.


3. Order Limit
Each person may place one order only. Orders are limited to one item per customer, regardless of the item selected. Our checkout system will prevent a further order from being placed where it detects a duplicate by reference to the same email address, delivery address or name. We may
also identify and cancel any duplicate order that passes through checkout, using those or other proportionate technical means; cancelled duplicate orders will not be fulfilled and you will be notified by email where reasonably practicable. Personal data collected for duplicate-detection purposes is processed in accordance with Clause 8.


4. Fulfilment of Order
When you submit your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This
acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order. We may decline any order, including (without limitation) where stock is unavailable, the one-item limit applies, the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled (for example because of applicable sanctions or export controls), or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of the store.

5. Delivery
We ship internationally. All shipping costs are covered by us. However, we do not ship to, and we may refuse or cancel any order for delivery to, any country, region or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes administered by the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States. Estimated delivery times will be indicated at the time of ordering and are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal
services, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to the item passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for
ensuring your delivery address is accurate and complete. Where items are shipped to a destination outside the European Union, you may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges levied by the authorities of the destination country. Any such charges are your sole responsibility and are payable by you
directly to the relevant authority or carrier. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay such charges and the item is returned to us or destroyed by customs, we are under no obligation to re-ship the item or to provide any compensation.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from how it was described, please let us know at contact@legora.com within 30 days of receipt. As a goodwill gesture, we
will, at our discretion and subject to availability, arrange a replacement or take such other reasonable remedial action as is appropriate. This Clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.


7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the replacement of the item or such other remedy as we elect to provide. We do not exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or
limited.


8. Personal Data
We process the personal data you provide in connection with your order (your name, email address and delivery address, and, for duplicate-detection purposes, the limited technical identifiers described in Clause 3) for the purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. 9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@legora.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.


10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.


11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in how the store operates. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your order are those in force at the time your order is submitted, and changes made after that point do not affect orders already placed. We will publish the current version on the website together with the date of the most recent update.


12. Intellectual Property and Resale
All trademarks, logos and designs appearing on items are owned by Legora AB or its affiliates or our licensors. You may use the item for personal purposes. You may not resell, sub-distribute, or use it for commercial, marketing or promotional purposes, or apply or remove any branding or labelling.


13. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the store and supersede any prior statements or
representations.
